Several BOCES students became ill Thursday in the culinary arts program at the F. Donald Myers Education Center in Saratoga Springs.
The Saratoga Springs police say five students all became sick at the same time after consuming food prepared in class. Two students were transported to Saratoga Hospital for further evaluation, while three received treatments on site from the fire department.
The district superintendent sent out a letter to the school's community, saying officials are aware of the situation and the food is being tested.
The affected classrooms will also undergo a deep cleaning.
The incident remains under investigation.
