Mike visits with Ohio FOP President Gary Wolske to get his thoughts on how his police union remembers fallen officers. Wolske also describes the leading issue of the day affecting police and community interaction.
"Locally, the state of Ohio does a ceremony at OPOTA at the OPOTA grounds and same thing, they honor the officers fallen in the state of Ohio in the previous year and the years previous to that. We do a motorcade from our office out to OPOTA on that day, which is usually the first Thursday in May," Wolske said. "I think the biggest thing is that there are problems in every profession [...] but overall, the men and women of law enforcement are out there for their communities."
