The New York Urban League releases its groundbreaking report, "The State of Black New York," on Monday, and President and CEO Arva Rice joins In Focus with a special preview. 

The numbers are disturbing, if not surprising. 

Black New Yorkers lag behind in key categories like education, social and criminal justice, health and healthcare, and are on the wrong side of the digital divide.
