NEW YORK - Disney is selling its Upper West ABC Studios to Silverstein Properties.

The Walt Disney Media company announced ABC studios will be moving to Lower Manhattan.

The company will acquire the rights to develop at 4 Hudson Square for $650 million.

It will be the home of WABC-TV, "Live with Kelly and Ryan," ABC News, "The View" and Disney Streaming Services. 

"Good Morning America" will remain at the Times Square studio.
