NEW YORK - Visitors will soon be able to go to the top of One World Trade Center again.

One World Observatory is set to welcome the public on Sunday, November 1 and again on Saturday, November 7. 

The observatory will resume two-day weekend operations on Saturday, November 14.

Visitors must buy timed tickets, and the observatory will be capped at 25% capacity.

Frontline workers and first responders will get free admission through December 31 when visiting with a paying guest.
