There’ll be no more working from home for city employees with office jobs.

Mayor Bill de Blasio is directing all 80,000 city office workers to resume their pre-pandemic schedules and return full-time to their offices beginning September 13, according to an email to agency officials.

Much of the 300,000-strong city workforce includes essential employees who haven’t been telecommuting.

Currently, those who work in offices have hybrid schedules.

City Hall spokesman Mitch Schwartz said, “City workers will have all the resources they need to complete this final step safely.”

Vaccine mandates are in place for public school employees and health care workers.

Others are required to be vaccinated, but currently have the option to get tested weekly instead.
