White was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 9 on charges of "prohibited person in possession of a firearm" and taken into federal custody, per police. He’s also facing a murder charge in the death of Noble.

Based on court documents, a witness contacted investigators on the case to provide information about the suspect’s involvement in the deadly shooting. The info was obtained after photos of the suspect were released to the public on Nov. 19. In the surveillance images, the suspect could be seen carrying a firearm standing outside of a black Chevy Camaro on Interstate 35.

Just before noon on the day of the deadly shooting, police said Noble was traveling northbound on I-35 at Clarendon Drive when he was approached by the suspect. According to authorities, the suspect exited the Camaro and chased Noble southward on foot. Noble, who also exited his vehicle in an attempt to flee the scene on foot, was struck several times by the shooter.

An innocent bystander was also struck with a bullet while sitting in his vehicle in what police called a “brazen attack.” The shooter left the scene traveling northbound on I-35. Noble was taken to Methodist Hospital where he died from his injuries.

Detectives gathered evidence placing White near Noble before and after the murder, according to the arrest affidavit. Additionally, authorities collected video footage that “matched the physical description” of White during the course of their investigation.

Noble’s shooting isn’t White’s first run in with law enforcement. A search through court records show that at the time of Mo3’s killing, White, who goes by King Banzzo on Instagram, was out on bond for a felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor charge of evading arrest in Dallas County. White’s bond, which has yet to be set, will be done so by a magistrate.

In a recent interview, Mo3’s manager, Brandon Rainwater, told viewers that new music will drop soon.

"On the flip side of that, it’s like he was speaking his death into existence. I ain’t (sic) ever heard him talk about death this much on an album.”

Rainwater also noted that Mo3 talked about God in great detail on the upcoming album. As a storyteller, Rainwater insists that Noble’s raps were based on experiences that not only he went through first hand, but also those around him.

“It’s like God was training him for what was [about] to come,” Rainwater said.

A date for Mo3’s album, “Shottaz 4 Eva” hasn’t been released.
