The Supreme Court began its October 2017 term this week, and we could see decisions on quite a few major cases. The court started off the week by taking up labor issues, and will also decide whether to hear a challenge on the latest version of President Trump's travel ban. This is also Justice Neil Gorsuch's first full term. He of course takes the seat left vacant after Justice Antonin Scalia died, which means the court is no longer deadlocked and arguably tilts conservative.
