The nation's population is aging but many older Americans may struggle to get the care they need.

New research by SeniorLiving.org shows the U.S. senior population will grow by 15 million this decade, from 58 million now to 73 million in 2030. The research predicts the number of home health care and personal aid jobs will increase 34% in that time, but will those jobs be filled?

Corie Colliton, a senior industry analyst with SeniorLiving.org, spoke with Spectrum News 1 about the issue. Watch the interview to hear what she had to say about filling the positions and what it could mean for seniors if the positions cannot be filled. She also discusses the impact this has on the economy.
