NORTH CAROLINA -- The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh is North Carolina's most visited attraction for the fourth straight year, according to the Carolina Publishing and Associates annual survey.

In 2017, the museum reported 936,486 visitors.

This is the 14th annual ranking of attractions by the survey. It is worth noting that the Asheville Biltmore Estate no longer reports their attendance, and therefore is not included in the survey.
