CLEVELAND — Major League Baseball officials postponed Cleveland Guardians game against the Chicago White Sox after the Guardians confirmed "multiple positive COVID-19 tests" within its organization Wednesday.

MLB will reschedule and provide an update once one is available. 

The Guardians are 15-15 in the AL Central standings behind the White Sox (No. 2) and the Minnesota Twins, which leads the league 18-12. 

As of Wednesday afternoon, the Guardians game against the Twins on Thursday is on.
