A two-year college could be the answer to the mismatch of students and skill trade. That's according to Owens Community College President Dr. Steve Robinson. Dr. Robinson believes the role for a two year school is increasing  as the need for employees grows in Ohio. He says the school's employer partners are even having a hard time finding skilled employees.
