Many of music’s biggest names are banding together—from afar—on Saturday for Global Citizen’s One World: Together At Home virtual concert.

One of the platforms streaming the concert online is Live X Live. They’re producing an even more extensive virtual music festival, featuring 70 more artists, from Friday, April 17 through Monday, April 20, bookending Global Citizen on both ends and beyond.

MORE STORIES:

The festival is called Music Lives, and one of the young artists performing has been on quite a journey—from having her life changed by a phone call from Prince to releasing a long-awaited album this week, right into a global pandemic.

Her name is Nik West, a singing/songwriting/bass-playing multi-genre phenom. She told Spectrum News 1 she plans on holding nothing back in supporting her album with this live show, even though it’s from home.

West's album is called Moody, streaming now, and it has all the moods. (The track featured in this piece is called “Bottom Of The Bottle,” and it has a video that would have made Prince proud.)

West’s “Music Lives” set is slated for 6:45 p.m. PT on Saturday, April 17.

You can watch all of the Music Live festival, in addition to the Global Citizen concert, on LiveXLive.com.
