Since 1958 McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica has been selling, repairing, and teaching the art of playing all types of stringed instruments. 

Thousands of the biggest names in music have walked through McCabe's doors and many have actually played concerts in the "back room" of the shop. 

SoCal Scene host Mel Robert tours the fabled music shop and meets some of the teachers who have taught music superstars.
