CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex has added new space-themed buses.

The buses, which transport visitors to and from the main campus and the Apollo/Saturn V Center, will feature one of five different designs.

The designs are named after different aspects of NASA’s mission to explore the Moon and Mars. The names include Lunar Expedition, Solar System, We Are Going to the Moon, Mars Expedition and Artemis.

In addition to the wraps on the outside of the bus, the interior also features a space theme.

Once the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour resumes, the buses will be used to transport visitors, officials said.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex has a number of attractions, including the Rocket Garden, the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, and the Space Shuttle Atlantis.

The complex recently lifted its face mask rule for fully vaccinated visitors.
