ORLANDO, Fla. —SeaWorld Orlando’s annual Seven Seas Food Festival is underway and this year’s event features more than 200 food and beverage offerings with many of them being new or revamped.

The marketplaces located around the park offer international cuisine such as Brazilian, Caribbean, Italian and Mediterranean. But there’s also a new Irish Market, with dishes such as the crispy reuben egg roll, classic mini Shepard’s pie, and glazed corn beef.
The returning marketplaces also have new items such as luau BBQ lamb ribs at the Polynesian Market, New England lobster & shrimp roll at the North Atlantic Market, and mini churro bites at the Mexican Market.
“We did have some fun sourcing the ingredients, post-COVID was a little challenging, but the whole team did a great job,” executive chef Alessio Selleri said. “I think our guests are going to have a real taste for the flavors from around the world.”
Although the Vegan Market is not offered this year, the culinary team instead incorporated vegan options at other marketplaces around the park. Examples include a vegan taco at the Mexican Market or the hummus at the Mediterranean Market.
The food isn’t the only part of the festival that has something new to offer. The drink menu, which includes more than 75 wine and cocktail options, also features a Taste of Sicily booth with various wines from Italy.
Also on the menu are “Coaster Cocktails”—four specialty cocktails themed after SeaWorld’s Ice Breaker, Kraken, Mako, and Manta coasters.
SeaWorld has a festival sampler lanyard for $65 for 10 items and $80 for 15 items. The lanyards can be used food and beverage items at any of the festival marketplaces.
In addition to food and drinks, the festival also includes live concerts. Some of the remaining acts on the lineup include Locash on March 13, Everclear on March 19, Flo Ride on April 10 and various tribute artists.
The concerts take place at Bayside Stadium and are included with park admission.
SeaWorld is also giving visitors more days to experience the festival, which is now also being held on Thursdays this year—that’s in addition to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday event days.
