ORLANDO, Fla. — Michael Myers, the knife-wielding antagonist from the “Halloween” films, returns to Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights for an all-new haunted house.

The house, set for both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood, will go back to the beginning, and feature scenes recreated from director John Carpenter’s 1978 slasher film.
“As guests make their way through his dilapidated home and iconic scenes from the movie, they’ll narrowly dodge attacks from the knife-wielding Myers as he stalks their every move,” Universal described in a news release.
Myers has been featured in haunted houses in past Halloween Horror Nights events, including the Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers house at Orlando’s version in 2018.
The house comes as Universal prepares to release “Halloween Ends,” the final installment of the latest “Halloween” trilogy, on Oct. 14.
Halloween is the second house announced for this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. The other, Universal Monsters: Legends Collide, will be set in the 19th century and feature Dracula, Wolf Man and The Mummy.
There will be a total of 10 haunted houses for Universal Studios Florida’s version of Halloween Horror Nights, which kicks off September 2. At Universal Studios Hollywood, where the event begins September 8, there will be eight themed houses.
Tickets are already on sale for Orlando’s event, while ticket will be available “soon” for Hollywood.
