Human Support Inequities in Education:  In poorer communities within a district a schools physical and even staffing infrastructure might be adequate but it’s often the support students get away from school that makes a difference in education opportunities. Some families may have the capacity to spend a substantive amount of time coaching/tutoring children but in single parent households or households with two working parents with limited income, it might not be as possible to support students on the path to learning. Are their effective mechanisms in our districts to help in those situations and if so do parents know to access them?
