Salt & Straw, the Portland, Ore.-based ice cream company, has announced its new location at Disney Springs will debut April 20.

Founded in 2011, the company is known for its hand-churned ice cream with unique flavor combinations such as honey lavender, chocolate gooey brownie, and sea salt with caramel ribbons.

It’s unclear what flavors will be available at the Disney Springs location, which will feature custom details in its design as well as a 3D mural.

The construction walls around the new shop were removed earlier this week — a sign that it was getting closer to opening.

To celebrate its newest shop, Salt & Straw said it will give the first 100 customers at the Disney Springs location on opening day a free scoop of ice cream.

The Disney Springs shop marks the third Salt & Straw in Florida. The company has two locations in the Miami area. This also marks the second time the company has partnered with Disney after opening a shop at Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District in 2018.
