ORLANDO, Fla. — In a few weeks, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, an indoor roller coaster attraction, will open at Disney World’s Epcot theme park.

​To ramp up excitement ahead of the attraction’s debut, Disney released a 27-second teaser that provided the first official look at the coaster in action.

The video opens with a couple of nighttime shots outside the Wonders of Xandar pavilion, with the large-scale Starblaster ship front and center.

The teaser also includes footage from inside the attraction, with quick glimpses of the queue and riders onboard the omnicoaster vehicles, which can rotate 360 degrees.

Eson, a Celestial and the attraction’s villain, was also featured in the teaser.

The attraction, inspired by the James Gunn-directed “Guardians of the Galaxy” films, will feature its own “Awesome Mix” of six songs, including “September” by Earth, Wind & Fire and “Conga” by Gloria Estefan.

Cosmic Rewind will be one of the longest indoor coasters in the world. It will also be the first Disney coaster to feature a reverse launch.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind officially opens to the public on May 27.
