WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. — For Naomi Flowers, a runner's high is an indescribable feeling.

“It’s unbeatable. Just knowing you’re that pushing yourself to do things you never thought you could do before, it really helps me know that I can do anything in life in general,” said Naomi Flowers, a senior captain on the state champion cross country team and a track athlete at Winter Springs High School.
