ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health is looking for vaccinated seniors to take part in a study on their immune response to the vaccine.

This is because Spectrum News is told people ages 70 years and older were largely excluded from the initial trials.

"We intend to assess the immune response initially and then six months after the vaccination to see how durable that antibody response is,” said infectious disease physician Dr. Ed Walsh.

Anyone vaccinated senior who would like to participate is asked to contact Rochester Regional by call 585-922-5944 or emailing rghcovidvaccinetrial@rochesterregional.org.
