TAMPA, Fla. — Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will have fireworks and new live entertainment for Summer Nights, its seasonal event which kicks off May 26.

The Summer Nights Fireworks Spectacular will be offered on select nights at 9 p.m. at Festival Field.

Busch Gardens has also added a new show to the entertainment lineup. Icons, a new review show at Dragon Fire Grill, will feature live performance of hits inspired by “musical legends.” The show opens June 11 and will have multiple performances Sundays through Thursdays.

The event will also include returning entertainment offerings, including Gwazi Beats, the Cirque Electric acrobatic stage show and the Turn It Up! Remix ice show.

“We’re thrilled to welcome families and friends to our park to create unforgettable memories and enjoy the many things our park has to offer, including award winning rides, attractions and restaurants,” SeaWorld CEO Marc Swanson said in a statement.

Busch Gardens will also offer a new VIP tour for Summer Nights. The seven-hour guided tour includes front-of-line access on attractions, up-close animal encounters and feeding opportunities, lunch at one of the park’s restaurants, complimentary beverages and reserved seating at shows.

The Elite VIP Tour starts at $429.99 and a minimum of two guests is required.

The park will also have extended hours during Summer Nights which runs through Aug. 6.
