DADE CITY, Fla. — A 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged after deputies said she forced a teen girl to walk nude as a punishment.

  • Teen forced to walk nude down road as punishment
  • Woman also hit, injured teen girl
  • Rosalie Contreras charged with child abuse

The incident happened on Thursday, November 15, at about 4 p.m. at Townsend Road off of Old Lakeland Highway.

Pasco County deputies said Rosalie Contreras drove the 13-year-old girl to the area to discipline her.

Once they got to the area, Contreras made the girl take off all her clothes and walk down Townsend Road nude.

When another car came into sight, deputies said Contreras made the girl get back in the vehicle. Inside the car, deputies said Contreras slapped the girl in the face, punched her in the back multiple times, and grabbed both of her breasts, twisting them so hard she caused an injury.

After the incident, deputies later received a call about child abuse.  During an interview with the victim, deputies said she told them that Contreras was mad at her for misbehaving.

The victim also showed a deputy her injuries, according to the report. The deputy said the teen had visible bruising on her breasts and two small red marks on her back.

Deputies have not disclosed the relationship between Contreras and the girl. However, the report stated that in "a non-custodial interview," Contreras told deputies that she took the victim out to that location because 'someone who deputies have not named' would not let her "spank the victim."

She then admitted to hitting and injuring the girl.

Contreras was booked into the Pasco County jail and charged with child abuse.
