ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – There's a cow thief among us. 

  • Plastic cow stolen from restaurant, according to police
  • The plastic fixture taken from Harold Seltzer's Steak House
  • The owners say it has sentimental value and would like it returned

The cow in question was a plastic fixture outside Harold Seltzer's Steak House in St. Petersburg.

The stolen black and white cow is described as being 12 feet by 3 feet in size.

The owners say it has sentimental value and they would like it returned as soon as possible.

"Someone stolen one of our beloved cows from our St. Pete location," the restaurant posted on Facebook. "She's not wearing a collar and is very friendly."

Mr. and Mrs. Seltzer are offering a free meal in exchange for the cow's safe return, according to police.
