PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Over 30,000 Duke Energy customers were without power for a couple of hours Tuesday afternoon. 

Duke Energy officials said they experienced problems with three of its substations in Pinellas County around 10 a.m., which are located at 32nd, Ulmerton, and Gateway. 

The outages were first reported just before 11 a.m. Tuesday in the north St. Petersburg, Lealman and Pinellas Park areas. At that time, 22,000 outages were reported.

At the peak of the outage, 34,402 customers were without power. 

Power was restored to all customers at about 11:40 a.m.

Crews are still working to determine the exact cause of the outage.
