LUTZ, Fla. — Robby and Mia Graham are proud to provide customers with a space for more than just a good meal at Revelations Cafe.

What You Need To Know

The cafe offers a prayer room and prayer wall for customers.

“I hope the prayer wall provides a place of peace and hope,” Mia said.

The couple's cafe is one that focuses on faith and food for the soul. For the Grahams, that food is plant-based. It’s part of the clean lifestyle they now lead in recovery, since meeting in AA 10 years ago.

Robby said he was homeless — an addict who lost everything — living a lifestyle that lead to health problems, and ultimately a heart attack.

The health scare forced him to change his diet and inspired the plant-based menu for healthy eating.

“I’ve pretty much reversed my cardiovascular disease by eating plant-based,” he said.

The couple said newfound faith and support helped them find each other, and a new path.

Mia said she had a premonition for Revelations Cafe. Now, three years later, the couple is proud to continue offering a faith-based space for the community to come to for peace, calm and healthy eating.

The couple said their mission is to share food and fellowship, along with healthy eating.

Their past struggles with addiction and overcoming obstacles that lead them to Revelations Cafe are detailed in a documentary that will be featured as part of an online health summit, Where Faith Meets Fitness.

“We believe that it’s going to bring a message of hope and faith to people, one of redemption, and also we want people to take care of their bodies,” Robby said. “We are three-part beings — we’re body, mind, and spirit — and when we’re operating all three levels equally, the only thing that can come from that is a sense of peace.”

Mia also hopes the documentary and summit inspire on many levels.

“To be mindful of the things we eat and the things we think and the things we do,” she said.

The summit will be held online Sunday. The documentary is now streaming free until Sunday.

The Grahams will join guest speakers, including cardiologists, nutritionists, motivational speakers and ministry leaders.
