NORTH CAROLINA -- On most days, you can find 74-year-old Stephen Wishnevsky out front of his shop in Walkertown.

There, he can been seen playing guitar, which he learned to play age 16.

About 10 years later after learning to play, he learned instrument making from the Sturgill family in the North Carolina mountains.

Wishnevsky's continued to work during COVID, shipping guitars, basses and other instrument around the world.

He's made thousands of instruments at this point, but always has a few favorites laying around to play himself.
