CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- A UNC Chapel Hill took home two awards at Sunday night’s Grammy Awards.

 

 

History professor and folklorist William Ferris won awards for best historical album and best album notes.

He was lauded for his box set of music and recordings, The Voices of Mississippi: Artists and Musicians Documented by William Ferris, a collection devoted to blues gospel and storytelling.
