WORCESTER, Mass. - From now until the end of September, the City of Worcester will host the Worcester Parks Summer Fitness Series.

Classes include Pilates, yoga, dancing, soccer skills, karate and more. 

The 15-week program runs six days a week -- Monday to Sunday -- at eight city parks. No signs-ups or registration fees are required.

Anyone who participates in the sessions will also receive a membership to the YWCA Central Massachusetts good until Sept. 30.

The program is being presented by the Department of Health and Human Services and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, in partnership with YWCA Central Massachusetts.
