HADLEY, Mass. — If you're of the age 15 and under, PiNZ Bowl is offering two free games all summer long.

Pinz Bowl in Hadley partnered with the Kids Bowl Free program to host the summer special at the Hampshire Mall.

Kids Bowl Free is a program created by bowling centers to give back to the community and provide safe and fun ways for kids to spend their summers.

Pittsfield resident Paul Potash is in town this week on vacation and the free games were a great option for some family fun.

"Two free games is very cool," said Pittsfield resident Joe Potash. "Especially with the two kids. Yep. Made it even more worthwhile."

"It's great! I love it!" said Orange resident Paul Kopec. "Keeps them out of trouble. Good stuff!"

News also spread to Amherst resident Candy Walker who had just picked up her grandson and his friend from summer school and were look for some fun.

"My grandson and his son wanted to go bowling," said Walker.  "And we heard that they had free bowling in the summer for kids so we were trying to take advantage of it."

"We haven't seen each other in a long time since third grade so we wanted to have a good day today," said Amherst resident Jaden Rivera. "And the last time we saw each other was on his birthday."

Kids Bowl Free is also offering family memberships at discount prices as well this summer.

According to general manager Jason Breault, the line to get into the bowling alley was packed the moment the gates were lifted.

"They were here like, 'We're here for "Kids Bowl Free!'" Breault said. "I said, 'Alright just come in. Show me know you signed up for it and bowl away."

The Kids Bowl Free program will run until October 31st. The bowling alley will be open for kids Sunday through Thursday from noon until 9 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. Parents can sign their kids up online at the Kids Bowl Free website.
