Initial repairs to a massive sinkhole in East Aurora should be completed by next week, village officials said Monday night.
The 30-foot crater has forced at least one business, Mikey Dee’s Café, to close until repairs are made.
Crews are anticipated to finish pouring concrete Tuesday, officials told residents during a meeting.
There are three sets of plans under review to finish the construction project. Those proposals range in cost from $500,000 to $1.5 million.
Work is expected to start after January 1.
