Advocates are again preparing to fight against a railroad company's plans to store old rail cars along the Hudson RIver. Iowa Pacific Holdings owns the Saratoga and North Creek railroad, and says the plan would let the company bring in much-needed revenue. But opponents say it would create an eyesore in a region that depends on tourism, and could also be an environmental issue. And now, they are asking state officials to get involved.
