The state Supreme Court ruled this week that it will hear the lawsuit brought against the Public Service Commission regarding nuclear plant subsidies. It is a small win for the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater and concerned citizens, who oppose the move by the PSC to use more than $7 billion of ratepayer money to fund aging nuclear plants.
