RALEIGH, N.C.-- Amazon is launching a new program that helps entrepreneurs build their own company, delivering Amazon Prime packages. 

The tech company says the move will empower hundreds of new small business owners to hire tens of thousands of delivery drivers.

Spectrum News anchor Caroline Blair spoke with the Director of Last Mile, Udit Madan, for a look at the issues and impact this decision is going to have in the Tar Heel State.

Madan also explains how many jobs could be created and the way they’re looking to help the military community start their own business.
