FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – A teen has been charged with first degree murder in connection to a deadly stabbing.

Fayetteville police say 32-year-old Samuel Wallace was stabbed by 18-year-old Christopher Jay Smith on Maxine street Wednesday morning.

Wallace was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Smith is now being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center with no bond.
