This Saturday, the festival will be hosted by rapper and Fayetteville-native J.Cole and his Dreamville camp. Other featured artists will include Teyana Taylor, Nelly, SZA, Big Sean, and more.
The festival gates will open at noon, and there will be a number of vendors and activities for attendees, but here's what you should know about how to get there:
- An official shuttle service will bring you to and from the festival from spots in Cary, Chapel Hill, Charlotte, Durham, Fayetteville, and Greensboro.
- There will also be an official downtown shuttle that will take attendees to and from the festival for $10 roundtrip.
- There is no on-site parking or street parking available at Dorothea Dix Park.
- There is official event parking for $20 at NC State University, Centennial Campus, right across the street. Those spots are limited and will fill up quickly.
- Organizers are encouraging you to carpool, bike, take public transit, or use a ride share app (Dreamville Festival has partnered with Lyft).
- Raleigh police will be providing security.
- NCSU students tell us they've received emails saying campus police will also be helping out.
