FBI agents arrested a man in Garner, North Carolina in connection with the deadly January 6 riot in Washington D.C.

Stephen Maury Baker was arrested Monday, according to the FBI. Baker faces two federal changes for his alleged part in the mob that stormed the Capitol as Congress met to certify the election of President Joe Biden.

Baker faces charges of: knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful entry, and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

Investigators say Baker was live streaming video from inside the Capitol during the attack under the name "Stephen Ignoramous."

Baker streamed the video on YouTube, Periscope and dlive.tv, according to court records. The court filings show images from CNN, Reuters, and others crediting video from inside the Capitol to "Stephen Ignoramous."

The FBI said someone who knows Baker contacted agents after seeing the videos from inside the Capitol.

Another person who talked to the FBI about Baker said they were concerned about what Baker had said in earlier videos, "including advancement on conspiracy theories and mockery of minority groups."

Baker is the second man arrested in North Carolina by federal agents after the attack on the Capitol. The FBI arrested Christopher Raphael Spencer, of Pilot Mountain, on Jan. 19.

Federal agents have arrested more than 100 people so far as they investigate the violence in the nation's Capitol. Five people died in the attack, including a police officer who was defending the building.

The attack by a pro-Trump mob came just after the former president spoke at a "Stop the Steal" rally not far from the Capitol.

Trump faces a second impeachment trial, slated to begin this month, on inciting an insurection. Democrats in the House of Representatives impeached the former president for inciting the attack on the capitol.
