SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The second seeded Port Jervis Raiders upset the top seeded Marlboro Dukes 27-24 in class B Friday night on their way to their first section title in 18 years. The Raiders were able to stage a 4th quarter comeback with just over a minute remaining in regulation. The Raiders will face their first opponenet in the NYSPHSAA tournament next weekend.
