LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Clippers are home for the playoffs. The NBA postseason has officially arrived in Los Angeles and despite a blowout in Game 3, the scrappy home team will look to even the series in Game 4 on Sunday.

While L.A. fans are happy to have their squad back and playing in the playoffs, so are the dedicated employees of Staples Center.

Latrell Johnson is a constantly smiling face who has worked just about 100 games a year for over a decade.

“I don’t look at it as a job, because I love basketball, so being here, being able to watch basketball. I’ve always been a big fan of basketball and the people that come to the game, I look at them like family,” said Johnson.

Johnson is Gardena grown, and those roots aren’t lost on the people who walk by him. Baron Davis is a former NBA player, he joined the Clippers roster the same year Johnson came to Staples.

“Flavor, you know hometown flavor. I think it’s always good when you have locals who know the people, know the community. Welcoming into the game, know what’s going on with the game. Just bring a home town feeling, a vibe to the whole place,” said Davis.

The Clippers will look to reignite their chances of postseason progress when Game 4 tip offs at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. If you're going to the game, keep an eye out for Johnson.

You'll know him by his welcoming smile.
