TAMPA, Fla. — Only weeks after seeing their quest for a threepeat end, the Tampa Bay Lightning know when they’ll be returning to the ice.

On Wednesday, the Tampa Bay Lightning released its 2022-2023 regular season schedule.

After a six-game exhibition slate that begins Sept. 27, Tampa Bay will open the regular season with a three-game road trip. Tampa Bay will start the season Oct. 11 at the New York Rangers, followed by games at Columbus (Oct. 14) and Pittsburgh (Oct. 15).

The Bolts will return to Amalie Arena Oct. 18, hosting the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Stanley Cup Champion Avalanche, which bested the Bolts for the crown in six games last month, come back to Amalie for a regular season game Feb. 9.

Ticket and broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
