RALEIGH, N.C. -- There are new charges for a state trooper already arrested in the assault of a Raleigh homeless man back in April.

The arrest video of Kyron Hinton's take down at North Raleigh Boulevard and Yonkers Road went viral, and ended with Troopers Michael Blake and Tabitha Davis arrested, as well as Wake Dep. Cameron Broadwell for assault.

A grand jury already indicted Blake and Davis for hitting Hinton with flashlights.

Meanwhile, warrants revealed that Broadwell attacked Hinton with his hands and police K-9.

Hinton had more than a dozen bites and cuts to his skull and was hospitalized following his arrest.

The State Highway Patrol later fired both Blake and Davis following an internal investigation.
